Skills Crew is a hands-on program where participants create products while building practical skills that can be used in everyday life, future employment settings, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Through engaging production-based projects, Crew Members learn how to plan, organize, create, assemble, package, and complete multi-step tasks from start to finish. Each experience encourages creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail, and independence in a supportive and engaging environment.
