
Connection Crew

A structured workshop designed to address deficits in social-cognitive processing, interpersonal regulation, boundary maintenance, and executive functioning.
Group sessions are designed to build skills, support active participation, and increase independence through structured activities.
Through guided activities and real-world application, participants develop increased social awareness, communication efficacy, problem-solving abilities, and functional interpersonal skills across home, school, vocational, and community environments.

Crew members will:
• Strengthen the ability to interpret verbal and nonverbal social cues
• Develop strategies for interpersonal regulation and conflict resolution
• Build awareness of personal boundaries, consent, and relational expectations
• Improve executive functioning skills including active listening, task sequencing, and communication planning
• Participate in structured, real-life scenarios designed to support functional carryover.

This workshop utilizes structured activities to support independence, self-awareness, communication effectiveness, and interpersonal functioning in daily vocational and community-based tasks.
